We made it to Sinio!!! Castello di Sinio is lovely- beautiful spot and never-ending service! Truly! We've seen a lot of the Barolo (south of Alba) area in two days; the countryside is simply gorgeous... 11 villages appear in the distance, fortified towns with mini-castles and churches, on hills and knolls that rise above the perfectly straight rows (and rows) of green Barolo grape vines. It's a sight! We took the Alta Langhe road today, about 2000 ft high, and made our way south from Alba, with the whole valley visible below! Amazing! Thanks for all your help in getting the plans made! Paola & Gianni

I want to thank you for the wonderful trip you put together for us to London and the Cotswolds. Everything went perfectly! The walking tour was very efficient and put us into delightful, charming hotels. The walks between the towns are wonderful and we had no trouble following their directions through lovely countryside and charming villages.

Both of the hotels you chose for us in London were perfect. The first one in Mayfair had a great location and excellent service. However, the second hotel, The Goring, was probably one of the nicest hotels I ave ever stayed in. The high point was the service: they seemed to know our name right away and remembered where we liked to sit for breakfast and dinner. Highly reomment the Tate Modern museum

Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore had an awesome breakfast and we enjoyed a great view across the bay at the Marina Hotel night show. Also loved the Legian Hotel, We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom water view! It was a hugh room, Service is Top of the Line. Beautiful grounds, music at Breakfast, etc. Very friendly, happy service. They describe it as literally everything is thought of. Incense lighted in their room in the evening, etc.

The Rafting trip from the Ritz was the trips Highlight. Our Tour Guide/Driver - Ardana - was amazing. He is very proud and shows joy in his culture and sharing Bali with his guests. He was extremely reliable and made this vacation very special for the clients. Please make note to your local office about his great service.

Erica, The trip you planned for us to Africa was absolutely wonderful. We loved Kings Pool and my FAVORITE CAMP in Botswana- Little Vumbura. We absolutely loved our stay at this little camp. And of course Abu- without question one of the top two or three camps in the whole of Botswana...renown for Elephants. These camps were the most luxurious and fun places I have ever stayed and both Bob and I thought they were the best travel experiences we have ever had!

The tour guide in Budapest was outstanding!!! He was the best guide we have ever had. Gabriel was so knowledgeable and turns out he is a university professor of History. Wow, did he know dates and little known facts, such as Franz Joesph's wife never smiled because her front teeth were black due to mercury treatments. I would highly recommend him.

Erica, you did it again! Our trip exceeded our most optimistic expectations and we didn't encounter one little stumble in our odyssey to Turkey and Greece. The Windstar cruise was a wonderful way to travel and the private guides you arranged were knowledgeable and personable, especially our guide we meet in Bodrum who took us to through to the end of our trip. He was a standout. Happily, we were with him for 6 days, and his humor and encyclopedic awareness of local history added a wonderful dimension to our trip.
We dined in wonderful places - a favorite memory was lunch at a small home, outside in the backyard overlooking the sea, outside Bodrum.
The hotels were gorgeous and reflected their locations beautifully. I would add that your attention to detail had everything clicking like clockwork - so appreciated how flawlessly everything went.

The Galapagos was unbelievably cool. Tthe Otavolo Valley was spectacularly beautiful and we loved both the food and textile markets. Our guide in Cusco/Machu Picchu was AMAZING!! The best guide we’ve ever had – flexible, knowledgeable, great with kids, wonderful English, well-traveled, etc… We loved her!
The hotel in Machu Picchu was UNBELIEVABLE! We had the most glorious room with our own hot tub & fireplace! The grounds were incredible.

We really appreciated your excellence in what you do. You thought of everything when planning out trip. All of our seats were right, hotels were amazing, and the detail with which you organized and thought through everything was so impressive. We sent you a souvenir of the excellence of the Incas — what an impressive generation of people dedicated to their work, much like you.
