Katty grew up in the deep South of Alabama with an adventure for travel. After a stint in college she took off to explore Mexico, Guatemala, and the Mayan ruins of Belize.  She snorkeled the Caribbean and took in the Central American culture.  Once back in the US, she trekked to Anchorage, Alaska on the Al-Can highway. Once in Alaska, she settled into a real life journey for 9 years of travelling all of Alaska.   She settled in Cordova, a sleepy fishing village to work in Prudhoe Bay for an airline north in the oil fields.  When time off afforded, she traveled to Asia, Sri Lanka, Korea, Hong Kong, Europe and more.

Katty eventually moved to Phoenix and to LA.  She married and arrived to Mercer Island 21 years ago.  Raising her two children on the island, she stayed in the travel business working locally at Travel Professionals for 10 years and currently with Admiral Travel. and continues to plan extraordinary vacations for her clients.  

With over 30 years of travel experience , Katty has seen many changes in the industry, and continues to plan extraordinary vacations for her clients. She has expertise for travel involving private drivers to Italy, Italian villa stays, French wine tours, and concierge tours to Thailand to name a few.
